Refunds and returns

Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date.

Due to computer or monitor properties and/or settings, the appearance of goods in the online store may differ from the original. The Seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the Buyer in such situations.

Goods can only be exchanged or returned if they have not been used, are clean, and the product, labels, and packaging remain undamaged.

Any protective covering delivered with the order should also be returned by the Customer if they wish to exchange or receive a refund. If possible, the original packaging should be used.

If the goods are returned in an unsuitable condition, the Seller may have to return them to the Customer.

The Customer’s request to return or exchange goods must be sent via email to info@agnedeveikyte.lt.

The Customer’s refund will be processed within 5 business days after the goods are returned to the Seller, and the Seller confirms that the returned goods are accepted. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

The Seller is not responsible for goods that are not received.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
