Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date.<\/p>\n
Due to computer or monitor properties and\/or settings, the appearance of goods in the online store may differ from the original. The Seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the Buyer in such situations.<\/p>\n
Goods can only be exchanged or returned if they have not been used, are clean, and the product, labels, and packaging remain undamaged.<\/p>\n
Any protective covering delivered with the order should also be returned by the Customer if they wish to exchange or receive a refund. If possible, the original packaging should be used.<\/p>\n
If the goods are returned in an unsuitable condition, the Seller may have to return them to the Customer.<\/p>\n
The Customer\u2019s request to return or exchange goods must be sent via email to info@agnedeveikyte.lt.<\/p>\n
The Customer’s refund will be processed within 5 business days after the goods are returned to the Seller, and the Seller confirms that the returned goods are accepted. Delivery fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
The Seller is not responsible for goods that are not received.<\/p>\n
